Jane Baxter Lynn, lead consultant at JBL Strategies, has spent more than two decades in international public relations, corporate communications, marketing and association management.  She has worked in Belgium, France, South Africa and the United States, where she now resides.

Frank M. Lynn is a principal at JBL Strategies. He has had a successful career in the technology industry for more than 25 years.  Frank has a BA Economics and an MBA from University of Houston, Texas.
